What are Mesh Banners?
Mesh banners are very similar to our vinyl banners. The main difference with mesh banners is they are made of a mesh pattern design to allow the movement of air. They are commonly used on construction site fencing, temporary fencing and chain-link fencing for events, construction and advertisement.
How are Mesh Banners Made?
Like many wide format products, Mesh Banners start off in roll. The roll s feed into a stat of the art UV printer to receive its graphics and coating. Once the graphics are digital printed on the mesh banner it is cut to size. Edges are folded over on the mesh banner for hemming. Every 24” along the hemmed edge a grommet is placed. The grommets will be the key mounting points on the mesh banner. The system hems and grommets help prevent the mesh banner from ripping or tearing. The vibrate uv inks that create the image on the mesh banner are weather and water proof.
